I have used Palm PDAs for several years and last April purchased the Treo 680.

The battery life was always very poor but I was prepared to put up with it as I am a true Palm aficiondo but no more.
After the last update I can no longer use the Treo as a phone because it turns itself off during the day. I no longer can depend on it as a phone.
I have contacted Palm Techical Support and have explained the problem to them. I am now wating ONE WEEK for a reply. Palm obviously do not care about their customers.

What is the point of having a phone that cuts itself off several times during the day this only started to happen AFTER the update).

Bye bye Palm from one very fed up long time customer.

PatAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3249356.post-47289317260112879912008-02-18T12:13:00.000-05:002008-02-18T12:13:00.000-05:002008-02-18T12:13:00.000-05:00I agree with you completely.
