Comment: Amen Brother! Too long we've relied on our depreciated dollar, I include myself in this category. I don't know how we will do it, but we need to become more productive. How do we convince shermag to buy robots to crank out more from their assembly line? In a way for goods company the answer is simpler, and than for services company. How do you make a service company more productive, you make money selling hours? You have to do more in an hour than the competition. Hiring smart is a way, investing in the operations to make the cost structure of running the business stable, even when the service side is growing, is another. I wish I knew what else we could do?"
